Duckish was born out of necessity,
for a clean, all-natural lotion for Carolyn’s little nephew. With very few all-natural baby products on the market at the time, Duckish quickly took off, and allowed Carolyn to expand her local Nova Scotia business and her product offering! Recently, the skincare industry has taken a sharp turn towards natural ingredients.
That meant there was more demand than ever and Duckish wanted to be ready to keep up.
Problem/Opportunity
With a growing clientele and a marked increase of interest in all-natural skincare products and cosmetics, Duckish needed a website that allowed them to communicate their brand effectively with their audience, while simultaneously streamlining online order fulfillment for both their clients and their staff.

To ensure they were staying true to their brand, we had to define their values first. A proper brand articulation was crucial to delivering the best website experience for their clients - both returning and new.
Solution
